1. Customer page (restaurant gateway)
Browse the menu, rotate the signature dish in 3D, customise it, watch the price change, fill the cart and place a fictional order.
2. Kitchen screen
Open this in a second tab or on a second screen. The order lands here; start preparing it, then mark it ready ("prêt"). The customer page shows the new status within seconds.
What this demo is
TEST mode end to end: fictional restaurant "Le Petit Foyer", invented menu and prices in CAD, GST 5 percent shown separately, orders kept in memory only. No real payment, no card data anywhere: in production, payment is hosted by Stripe on each restaurant's own account, and the data lives in Canada (Supabase, Canada Central).
The 3D dish is a generic library model, generated for this demo. A real pilot restaurant gets one of its own dishes modelled from its photos.
